Currently reporting on the Keystone XL pipeline in Montana, the podcast team is shares the stories of the people, places and communities involved in the pipeline project, while asking questions, facilitating dialogue and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities.

Heather was honest with me throughout our collaboration, using pointed questions in interviews and surveys to draw out exactly what the project needed, rather than what I assumed it needed. Walking through this process with Heather showed me how to understand my audience better and how to improve my overall messaging beyond our logo design, too. In the end she came up with a product that directly reflects the mission of my podcast company and tells a coherent, timeless story.
